ART WORK v HEART WORK
I know that I am very
fortunate to be making a living with artwork; it isn't easy and some months are much better than others (some months are bloody awful!)
Often, because of this situation, I am happy
to consider most commissions - 'anything for the money!' I am an Art Tart! lol.
However, the frustration is this, the years roll by and
I have created very little art work that I want to create; my own 'heart work' - I am always doing artwork for someone else!
Earning money to pay the bills.
My head is full of so many ideas for exhibitions and themes
for books of artwork - so many visions in my head that I don't have time to paint or create. This is so frustrating.
To be liberated from this I need to be more financially
secure. If you want to help support the Arts and in particular this humble artist (*flutters eyelids*

Alternatively, I am open to finding an Agent, Manager
or business partner that can put cash up front for different projects or supply a grant that would allow me to create heart-work
rather than commissions to pay the bills.
I am already a published Author and have other books inside
of me. Illustrated books on Fairy Traditions, Otherworlds, Celtic mythology and Natural Shamanism and so on.
Much of my artwork would be very suitable for printing
onto clothes - T-shirts, Hoodies, bags etc.
Plus all the usual generic art print runs that can be
done - posters, greeting cards, calendars, mugs etc.
